Arrabbiata pasta sauce<\/h1>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=”color-white”]Bertolli Arrabbiata pasta sauce is a spicy pasta sauce, based on a traditional Italian recipe, and is flavoured with chilli peppers. The sauce originated in the Lazio region and Arrabbiatta in Italian describes aspects of anger. This therefore refers to the character of this sauce with its spicy flavour. This pasta sauce is made from a delicious ‘soffritto’ made from extra-virgin olive oil and herbs. A soffrito is a mixture of small chopped vegetables gently cooked in oil. These gently cooked vegetables are the base of the sauce and give it an intense and full flavour.<\/p>\n
